When I first heard about this book last year I planned to read it, but I kept putting off checking it out of the library. I finally got it and started reading it the other night. I don't know right now where the story will go. 🤷‍♀️

I picked up these two books from the library this morning. I read A Man Callef Ove last year, but I need to reread it for book club. I bought one of the Maisie Dobbs books at a book sale, but then I heard that you should read them in order, so I got the first one.

Since there are no flowers blooming outside where I live, I have to settle for #flowers that will never die.

I went to a library book sale today thinking I probably wouldn't buy much because I've been much more picky about the books I buy. I ended up leaving with twelve. 😜

This book has nothing to do with spring, but I am enjoying it on the first day of spring. I put up this wreath a few weeks ago to help get rid of winter. The snow is melting and the temps are getting better, so it must be working?

I picked up a few books from the cart of arcs at the library that they have for employees to take. Miracle Submarine is now called Miracle Creek.

I've now read all three of Jane Harper's books and I have to say this is my favorite. I loved the twists and turns and secrets that came out.

I was looking for pastel books and realized I had a lot of pink and blue books, but not many yellow, purple, or blue.

I've been working at the library for almost a year and a half and I just today discovered a cart with arcs that employees can take. They in an area that I don't always go to and I never gave the cart much thought until something about it caught my eye today. I don't know if it's a good thing that I found out about it because now I'll be bringing even more books home.

My March tbr. I've already started a few.

I managed to read twelve books this month. The one not pictured is Beautiful Bodies which was on my kindle. February was a little library heavy, but I still read seven of my own books.

This is my book haul for this month. I bought no books in January, so I made up for it in February.

My son turned 13 in December and while he could be worse, he is definitely acting like a teenager. I saw this book when it first came out and I thought that any insights into dealing with the teenage years would be helpful.

I started this book last night and am a quarter of the way through it. I read Pride and Prejudice years ago but I remember enough of it to see the similarities between them.

Instead of just picking up The Hiding Place, which was on hold at the library, I decided to take a quick look at the new releases. I found Unmarriageable and also Dead Woman Walking on Playaway. It's not like I didn't just buy a stack of books last weekend. 😜🤪📚

I currently share this bookshelf in the living room with my son's books. As he has become less of a reader 😞, I have been taking over more of the book case. #shelfiesunday

I went book shopping for the first time this year yesterday. I know I own lots of books already that I need to read, but when one store is having a sale and another sends you a coupon, it's hard to not to take advantage of that. I also sold some books, so the top three books in the stack only cost me $3.

My February have reads, current reads and to be reads.

It's snowing a little bit right now, but they are predicting at least 8 inches of snow where I live for later today and tonight. Even though Wisconsin is known for cold weather and snow, it is #unwanted by a lot of people here.

I was going to try to read off my shelves more this year, but it's hard when you work at the library and you see books that you really want to read. Life of Pi is for book club, but the other two are just because I want to read them. 🤷‍♀️

I'm halfway through this and am really enjoying it. It's the large print edition because that's what my library had and it is also easier on my eyes.

I've been thinking about what books I want to read off my shelves this year, and all of these books are on the list.

In this stack are the books I'm thinking about reading in February. If I don't read them then, I plan on reading them sometime this year.

I set my goal at 80 for this year, up from 75 in 2018. I also plan to read more of my own books, including the nonfiction ones I didn't get to last year.

I went book shopping yesterday. I had a Barnes and Noble gift card and Half Price Books had a sale. These are the last books I plan on buying for a long time. I need to read the books I own.

I think I made it a whole week and a half without having any library books in my house. That doesn't sound like very much time, but I work at the library so I'm always seeing books I want to read.

I have no idea how many hours I actually read for #25infive, but I finished all three of these books.

I'm halfway through this book and I'm really enjoying it. I always try to guess whodunit in mysteries but I'm usually wrong.
