Just finished this, quite a twisting turning ride. I really enjoyed it. It kept me guessing right up until the end.

In regards to best friends after an event puts a distance between them. Loved this.

I just finished this book. Loved it. It is so true. I could totally picture everyone of the characters. I never literally cry when reading but this one had me shredding real tears.

He just loves books!

We had a book group discussion today on The Nightingale, two non fiction books came up in the discussion that you may want to explore if you want more about this topic. Irena's Children by Tillar J. Mazzeo and The Lost Airman by Seth Meyerowitz .

#bookishbox I love everything I got in my bookish box this month, especially the earrings and pen/highlighter.

#reccomendsday I loved this book. I've read it twice and discussed it in all 5 of my book groups. Told from the point of view of s young girl growing up in 1960s Chicago with her mother, a singer always yearning for the spotlight. It looks at alternative lifestyles and addresses the question "what makes a family?"

Started this today for my book club next week, hope I can finish in time.
