Really liked the characters, setting, plot, and twists. A book my son will enjoy when he's a little older!

Loved it! Making me enjoy the new Gilmore Girls episodes even more!

I wanted to like it, but a minor character cusses a lot just to prove she's a rebel, and I feel like that's lazy writing.

Loved this novel almost as much as I loved A Man Called Ove. Such interesting characters.

It started slow and there were lots of paragraphs with so many details, I just scanned them. But I liked it a lot overall!

A look at the Queen of Hearts when she was just Cath, a girl who loved baking, adventure, and didn't love the King of Hearts. Really enjoyed it!

Love Anna Kendrick and enjoyed the book, but felt like the last few chapters didn't flow well with the rest of the book. Almost like bonus content. But still good!

Enjoyed this sweet and sad story (it's sad from the beginning—that's not a spoiler). The setting is a book store and it's full of characters in the book industry and regular readers (some reluctant).

I enjoyed this quick read! A look at Lecrae's life and the decisions he made to get to where he is. His recent evolution to talk about theology less in his music was especially interesting.

The enneagram has been such a helpful tool over the last couple years and this book is great for those who are unfamiliar with the personality typing and for those know some but want to learn more. (I'm a 1 and my husband is a 3, so we get things done!)

Learned so much from this book about the Afghan people and culture. Excited to discuss it with my book club tonight!

Stayed up late to finish this one! Enjoyed it! Looking forward to book 2 in the series in January.

Another cute YA book! 3.5 stars. Didn't realize it was by the same author as the book I read last week until the same characters showed up in this one too!

Loved this book as much the second time as the first. So honest about pain and suffering, but also full of hope.

Thought this was a cute YA book! Easy read. Probably 3.5 stars. I think most of us can relate to having a friend who seems to overshadow us and then finding ourselves when we're no longer overshadowed

Love this book so much!

You're 99% sure this won't end well, but hang on to that 1% of hope!

I enjoyed this book! It was a little tough to keep up with all the minor characters, but I was surprised by the ending and am excited to read the next book in the series.

The third book in the series (I didn't read the second book). Thought it had good resolution, but I wasn't as invested in the story as I was in book one.

Listening to the audio of this one. It's just shy of 37 hours! Already really interesting though.

This was a quick, interesting read! Deciding if I want to read the rest of the series.
