Good book but probably not one to read in the winter. It just made me feel colder. Which made me get under blankets where I‘d fall asleep. 🤷♀️ Will try to push this weekend for a bingo. #DoubleSpin competed for the month.

Finished the tagged book this afternoon and wrapped up my Bingo card for the month. As much as I tried to finish, Pillars kept me from almost completing a double bingo. 😕. On to February!
I finished the audio version of the tagged book today. I thought about bailing on more than one occasion. It started to get interesting towards the end - but not enough to make me want to read more books in the series.
I finally finished this after it was gifted to me MANY years ago in a Litsy swap. Great book about surviving world war 2.
Addie longed for freedom and had to live with the consequences of making a deal with the devil. Loved this book.
Good book. While my life isn‘t perfect, I don‘t know that there is a whole lot that I‘d change.
A great idea for a YA book. Terrible execution. I only finished because I wanted to fill the space on my #BookSpinBingo card.
Finished this up on a cold, wet afternoon. Fortunately, no deep, deep snow to deal with. First read on my #BookSpinBingo card. Even better that it‘s the #DoubleSpin book for this month.
@TheAromaofBooks Thank you so much for putting this together. I‘m looking forward to tackling some of the books on my #bookspinbingo card. I started the #DoubleSpin book on Thursday and hope to finish sometime today.
January book list. Can‘t wait to get started!! #bookspin #doublespin #bookspinbingo
I enjoyed reading the story from multiple perspectives. In the end, just a meh for me.
A great memoir. As a political junkie, I loved listening to him describe the many challenges he faced early in his presidency. Can‘t wait for volume 2! #bookspinbingo
The book was ok. Events in the book were just very sad. On the plus side, bingo!! I used the free space as an opportunity to read something that sounded interesting.
Overall, I enjoyed this book. Not sure I will add anything that hasn‘t already been said. Only 2 more books for bingo!

I need help! I‘m a nurse and remain very close with fellow nurses from college. We text regularly to support each other during this horrific time but we are a little overwhelmed. I‘d like to send everyone a book and a small treat for Christmas Eve. I‘m looking for one that‘s not too sappy, will help remind us that things will get better, and that not all people are jerks. I‘ve included a picture of my sweet cat - he helps me relax. Thanks!
I know this book has mixed reviews, but I really liked it. I would not recommend the audio version - the switch between characters was sometimes confusing. #DoubleSpin #BookSpinBingo
I finished listening during my lunch break. My siblings both enjoyed the book. It was a little too boring for me. #BookSpinBingo
Completed the first book on my #BookSpinBingo card. Book was ok but it did make me wonder how many times I‘d go up in flames throughout the course of the day.
@Lauram told me about this fun challenge! Hopefully, it will help me read a little more consistently.

I‘m really enjoying this book. Love listening to him read but I *highly* recommend listening at a faster speed. He is just too slow.
Good book! Character development was great and the narrator was nearly perfect. I will definitely look forward to reading other books in the series.
@kstadt929 Thank you so much for the book! This book has been on my list forever. I can‘t wait to jump in!
#JustABookSwap
@TCLinrow This is my sweet George. He never fails to make me smile. I‘m so sorry for your loss. #catsoflitsy
Probably my favorite book of the summer. Can‘t wait to get my hands on Circe. Would love to read more books concentrating in characters already mentioned.
@Slajaunie You put together an AMAZING #hellofrom Louisiana package! Thank you so much! I especially love the Voodoo wizard. I plan on putting him in my office - need to keep evil spirits away. The plantation book is right up my alley! I love everything in it.
@bullbunny
Fun book, fun puzzle!
#hellofrom Louisiana!!!! I‘m so excited!!!! Thank you!!!
I normally like most of DeMille‘s books. This one wasn‘t terrible, just a little predictable.
1. I‘m not a huge fan of scary movies and might be one of 2 people on the planet never to have seen Hocus Pocus. I do love the Halloween Buffy episodes!
2. Candy corn 🤷🏼♀️
3. The stand - not terribly scary but so much suspense!
4. Other peoples decorations? (Too much work to take out and put away again)
5. Yes
6. Sure!
7. I already have the perfect black cat ❤️
@JoScho
The only reason the book worked for me is because it was narrated by Jack. Hearing the story from another perspective would have been too horrific.
I thought this one was only so-so. I didn‘t think it was funny and it kind of annoyed me to hear about his two vacation homes. It‘s possible that I missed the humor because I listened to it at twice the normal speed.
I probably would have enjoyed this more had I concentrated reading it in a short period of time rather than stretching it out. Ultimately, I think the book has value in our current political climate.
I don‘t think that I would hate living by myself in the woods. For a week. With a packed cooler. In the fall when it isn‘t too cold. The fact that this guy did it for years without lighting a fire is amazing. Great book. Very quick read.
Good book but could have been MUCH shorter. I enjoyed the audio version (at twice the normal speed). Will look into other Joe Hill books. #dontgotoChristmasland
I‘m slightly jealous of everyone posting pictures of their reading challenge progress. I‘m taking a quick breakfast break before continuing with my personal challenge - #writing24in48. 😒 #gradschoolstinks
Excellent prequel to another Koontz book, The City. Will definitely add to my TBR pile.
I‘ve been trying to stretch my horizons and read books that I might not normally read. I heard about this one a few years ago and added it to my online TBR pile. It was just ok. I might just stick with my favorite genre.
#humpdaypost @MinDea
1. I‘ve previously proclaimed my love of all things cheesy. Moon cheese is almost as good as my beloved Cheetos but without all the artificial icky.
2. Blue. Always.
3. Romance. I can‘t stop the eye rolls. So ridiculous.
4. Yes - OHIO
5. Ideally both. Savory if I can only pick one (cheese is usually involved 😏)
Great book. I can‘t add anything that others haven‘t already said. Quick, easy read. My first Neil Gaiman book - I‘ll look forward to reading more!
My new TBR pile. Honestly, just hoping to finish this by the end of the year. 🤷🏼♀️ Happy Saturday!
Just OK. I listened to the audible version and when I could actually pay attention, I often wondered if some of the locations described in the book had a gift shop. Merchandise would be perfect for a Litsy swap.
