February #wrapup! All in all a pretty good reading month for me, & I revisited a series I loved when I was a kid - The Cat Who series. My 5 ⭐ reads were Beauty Queens and Harry Potter. All female authors this month! #februarywrapup
#Theyearofnowhitemen is going well, but I'm noticing a trend of reading mostly white women authors, which is not what I was going for. Any recommendations on POC authors, especially male or non-binary authors?

1. Read 150 books
2. Read only women & POC authors #theyearofnowhitemen
3. My rural area is a book desert & I‘m hoping to find a way to get a free little library going in town (preferably in a park, since we do not have property in town). My ultimate goal is a mobile library, but baby steps.

And a very fitting result for me, considering I have decided to make 2019 #theyearofnowhitemen! The only exceptions I expect to make are for any #lmpbc picks my group has chosen and maybe Thomas Hardy because I love him.

I‘m really bad at reading challenges, but I‘m toying around with the idea of declaring 2019 #theyearofnowhitemen so I might need to clear my tbr shelf of male white authors I actually do want to read before then-mostly Anthony Bourdain.
