One of my favourite picture books has a sentiment I wish I shared with more politicians;
“Every house in the world has a ceiling and floor, but the ones you‘ll like best have a wide open door
Some houses are rich, full of silver and gold - and some are quite poor, sort of empty and old

But they‘re all, all alike when a friend asks you in”

Gezemice I admire your resilience. I am quite sure I don‘t need mental experts to tell me what I already know. It would be hard to take. I did however buy “The Audacity of Hope” on audio just so I can remember what it is like to have an admirable president. And one who can speak. Standards have been lowered a lot... (edited) 7y
