Finally bought a set from Cliche tea, a local Alaskan business that offers teas themed on literary cliches. I am trying Magical Powers today, an herbal lemon tea with a gorgeous blue color from butterfly pea. I'm excited to dig into the rest of this set. There is also a romance set, archetypes, and one for writers ☺️

Great collection of alien species from Star Wars! I put it into my little free library!

Getting back into my weird word list. This one is another word I happened upon while reading. Love weird, wonderful and new to me words.

I also updated my world map for the end of the year. These are all the countries I‘ve visited through books in 2024. I‘m trying to get better at geography - hopefully I‘ve colored all the correct places! 😅

This year I read 37 books from the #1001books list. I think 2 of those were rereads, so my current Goodreads tally is 289 completed books from the complete list of 1318 books.

Some of the most interesting/memorable included Cloud Atlas, Year of the Hare, Perfume, and Storm of Steel.
