I think I started off the year well! I definitely didn‘t stick to my planned TBR for the month, but I finished 2 #AuldLangSpine picks, one for #AuthorAMonth, and 3 off my owned TBR.
I will say, I‘m struggling to get into Harlem Shuffle. Whitehead is very hit or miss for me… might he be the year‘s first DNF? 🤔

I read 8 books in January. I'm pretty pleased with that number and the progress that I made on various challenges. I don't expect that I'm going to 100% complete all of the challenges by the end of the year, but I'm having fun tracking what I've read in different ways.

Gah! I was so close reading 10 books in January! I have two books that I‘ve almost finished, but my eyes wouldn‘t stay open long enough to finish them last night. Oh well, this just inspires me to read more in February! 💪🏻📚
