Heat rolos on pretzels for 4 minutes in 300-degree oven. Immediately lightly press pecan halves on each one. Freeze pan for a couple of minutes. Done!

Directions: Boil sugar, water, cream of tartar and cinnamon to soft ball stage (236 degrees.) Remove from heat. Add butter and walnuts. Stir until walnuts separate. Place on wax paper to cool.
