My #Chatterday Saturday vibe is recovery. Another insane week at work with 2 Hilo trips & big meetings & next week is the same, so trying to catch up with myself, reading (this one is due back in 2 days) & snail mail for #LitsyLove & other returns. Also I need to post some reviews & my delinquent #5JoysFriday 💛 from yesterday as I crashed as soon as I got home from the airport last night. 😵💫😴

I slept all day. I didn‘t wake up until 3 PM. It was raining all day and I stayed in my nightgown. I didn‘t change into regular clothes. Tonight, I ate dinner and then I took a shower after dinner. I read more of Assassin‘s Apprentice by Robin Hobb for the #realmofelderlings buddy read. It‘s midnight right now so I‘m going to journal for a little bit and then get back to reading more of Assassin‘s Apprentice.

Despite the pouring rain, I enjoyed a wonderful #chatterday today. Met a friend for coffee who now resides between CT & FL- our friendship dates back to early preschool days of looking for services for our Autistic sons.💜💜💜 Afterwards I browsed my local Indie bookstore & B & N, treated myself to lunch, then came home to book mail. I did just throw in a wash…
The first Saturday #Chatterday of the month means the local makers market by my house where I spent a while this morning spending money supporting local artists. (BTW you know you have become a vendor regular when she tells you to pick out 3 more cards, free, for the “Deb Discount” 😆) Maybe I‘ll share my haul, later.
Now I‘m at the coffee shop relaxing from the week & self-soothing with my new magazines & a little Ross Gay balm for the soul. 💛
It‘s a dreary #chatterday following a week when I was out and about most days, and my spouse is working, so I‘m catching up with household stuff. Nothing very exciting. 😆

I haven‘t been good with 2 chapters a day & been mostly reading iin ebook spurts so I decided to pull out a fun illustrated edition for today. Special shout out to my pretty “J. Austen” bookmark that I picked up at a local bookstore last weekend. It matches! 💙

I‘m not doing very much this weekend. I took a shower tonight, ate dinner, wrote my book review for a book I finished for the #christiescapers buddy read, read the short story this week for the #noplacelikeholmes buddy read and I‘m going to journal tonight before bed, brush my teeth, put my nightgown on and start the next book for the #christiescapers buddy read.
