I‘m not doing very much this weekend. I took a shower tonight, ate dinner, wrote my book review for a book I finished for the #christiescapers buddy read, read the short story this week for the #noplacelikeholmes buddy read and I‘m going to journal tonight before bed, brush my teeth, put my nightgown on and start the next book for the #christiescapers buddy read.

Cut to the Corpse (A Decoupage Mystery, #2) | Lucy Lawrence

My #Chatterday vibe is field trip. Headed to Kailua to visit a local bookstore & my favorite Japanese grocery & favorite natural foods store.

It‘s a 30-40 pretty drive depending on traffic so I can get a chunk of the audiobook of the second in this Decoupage Mystery series for #ThematicCozies March #Hobby I liked the first book so I‘m continuing. Fueled by coffee & a tuna onigiri/musubi

Looking forward to a relaxing Saturday. 😌

Librarybelle Today is a spring clean day, in between coaxing Zeke to eat. He‘s going through a rough patch this weekend and of course decided to be very picky on eating when the vet is closed for the weekend. I‘m hoping to carve some reading time in later today and all day tomorrow. We‘ll see! 1d

I got a new bird bath bowl for the birds recently. I ordered it off of Amazon because my old one that‘s made out of concrete is falling apart but the new one is lightweight. It‘s not as heavy as the old one. It‘s going to take a while for the birds to get used to the new bowl. Right now, they don‘t know what to think about it.

My #ChatterDay started late as it was hard to get going this morning because I left my house at 4:15 AM to get to the airport & got back home from Hilo at 10 PM.😵‍💫

So, breakfast, coffee, finishing this book (I‘m at 84%) which is SO GOOD & then finishing my #SpringCardSwap before running errands. (Yes, they‘ll probably be a little late).

Librarybelle @AllDebooks Xander is 100% back to normal. We go in a little over a week to recheck his white blood cell count…hopefully it‘s back to normal. Zeke is doing much better. He‘s having a slow morning, but he also had a massive hairball this morning. Crossing fingers that we are still on the right track! My other two are still fine…thank goodness. Thanks for asking! 2w

TheBookHippie Sun is out. Goulash in oven and I‘m on couch under heated blanket. Insomnia has hit which my doctor expected after Paxlovid dosing quit. My body is having heightened alert threat issues. I‘m enjoying FaceTiming my fellow activist at marches and having tea and toast. 2w

#ChatterDay vibe is mellow. Having a bit of an asthma/allergy flare up which is messing with my eyes. I did make a stop at the monthly makers market by my house & got some cards, postcard & such.

Now at the coffeeshop with a piece of coffee cake & my usual dirty chai. Starting this book for March as it fills a reading challenge prompt & is my #Roll100 March #90 “Any Backlist” prompt. Still need to run a few errands then home to rest my eyes.👀
