Only got to read about a half hour on New Year's Day, but got to start the tagged book, so yay!

Now to get going on 2019 goals ...

I ended up having limited reading time over the past weekend so I didn‘t make it all the way to 24 hours. I did manage to finish two of the three books I was reading, though, so I am happy about that. #24B42019

My #24B42019 was a bit of a dud.Between a project that took hold of me, social obligations popping up,& a book sale , across all those days I got about 9 hours in. Finished Ms. Obama‘s book, & the magical The Faces in the Crowd. Thanks to @Andrew65 & @TheReadingMermaid for hosting, maybe in 2019 I will master the #readathon 😂 & proof to @Cinfhen that not only has Udall‘s book been on my TBR since publication, it‘s signed! 😂

I unfortunately flopped on my reading for #24B42019
Between dr appointments and my vision being weird from my rarely worn glasses it was just easier to veg out on TV. It‘s okay I‘m healing and motivated for the next #24B4Monday

Not bad! But not as much as I'd hoped. I ended up having a friend over last night for movies and pizza, and as much as I love reading, I think friends are more important. :)

Final #24b42019 stats: it took all the days of the readathon, but I made it to 24 hours! 3 books finished, 2 more over halfway, and one started. I am totally okay with that! @Andrew65 @TheReadingMermaid

Well, with 1 hour left in the day, I finally reached 24 hours!!! #24B42019 I have never made it to 24 before (and I‘m sure the extra days in the readathon helped!) so I‘m especially happy with my accomplishment! I often read multiple books at a time so here are my stats from the weekend 😁

Graphic novels read from start to finish: 2

I finished the #24B42019 readathon because today counts! Yay! Started and ended with Elin Hilderbrand. I liked Winter Solstice so much more than Winter Storms even though it was much sadder. Even Ava, while still irritating, wasn‘t as bad as she was in the other books. Of these books, My Sister the Serial Killer was my favorite; The Witches Tree was my least favorite.

Finished with the #24B42019 challenge. I had a great time, finished 3 books (Red Harvest, The Thin Man and Ike's Bluff), started 3 others.
