“My father can read big words too. Like....Constantinople and Timbuktu!!” Hop on Pop is a fun P book by Theodore Geisel, a.k.a. the great Dr. Seuss! This book excites children to the max with it‘s fun illustrations, vocabulary, and most importantly the rhyming! I think this book would be great for an AS due to the fact that there are so many great Dr. Seuss books and lots of resources to find information! #ucflae3414
This book is perfect for any classroom because it is so fun to read and kids love the rhymes throughout the book.
Hop on Pop by Dr Seuss is a fun book for kids of all ages to read. I have read this book to toddlers and they love it so much they are starting to learn the words of it themselves. This book is perfect to have for kids to enjoy and listen to rhymes throughout the whole book.
“Hop on Pop” was written by Dr. Seuss in 1963. This is another childhood favorite and provides enjoyable poetry about two children who hop on their dads stomach! I definitely recommend this story!
I think learning to enjoy playing with language was one of the best #LessonsFromDrSeuss #literarylove @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @vkois88
My husband the #bookstagrammer, part 3. I feel like his other work was better, but I like the sales alliteration in the last line. 😂

Lincoln‘s SantaThing gifts were a hit 😊 Happy Christmas to everyone celebrating, hope your day is full of love and books, which are kind of the same thing 😻 #christmas #babiesoflitsy #AuntieKir
#Gratitude30 Day 16: Published in the 60s, endpapers may have been perceived as a #novelty – not really part of the picturebook anatomy just yet. Yet as one turns the first pages of the book, one could see this full-page-spread that must be the forerunner of what we now call endpapers in picturebooks. As you can see above – the words are fairly simple enough to build an early reader‘s confidence. My review: https://wp.me/pDlzr-8Xz
Couldn't help but think Ryder on "Paw Patrol" has read this book.

Enjoying a brownie-in-a-mug while my almost-toddler plays.
I love when #mydearwatson “reads”. He‘s getting really good at turning the pages 😊.

She loves books and has most of this book memorized. Now she "reads" it to me! ❤️
I laughed, I cried, I really empathized with Pop when the children used him as a jungle gym!!! 😂 A great start for my 5 year old!
Change of plans...the chicklet wanted to read to me instead! It amazes me that she just picked up on it all and started sounding stuff out one day. 🤓 Look out kindergarten, she's ready!!!
When your sister's done with her nap but doesn't want to get out of her crib, obviously you grab some books and jump in and join her. #bestbigbrother 😍
