I liked the characters in this book but I felt that 460 pages were way too many to tell this story. Star-crossed lovers and a couple of tragedies moved this book along, but a lot of it felt predictable including the ending. Took me forever to read it.

On the Island was my favorite for the end of October. My top pick for the month is June First. However, these were all great books and anyone of them could have been at the top.

This book kept me up until 2AM to finish. Loved everything about it. It had all the feels. I ugly cried a couple of times. This is a book I wish I could again for the first time. 5⭐️
