After reading the prequel, I had to know what happened between Rachel and Jake. Though the plot was unrealistic, I liked the characters, especially Mars, so I was able to get past that. I liked the idea of a found family and once all the secrets were out how everyone was on team Rachel. Total fluff and enjoyed every steamy moment.

Got some book mail the other day. When I found out about the Kensington edition exclusive bonus ESPN interview scene I had to have it. The freebie sticker, prints, and bookmark were all bonuses. Photo doesn‘t do justice to how glittery it is 🤩 🥅 🏒

What delicious nonsense. It was very entertaining to read. I often had to laugh though I don't think that it was the intention of the author. So many lines made me cringe. You have to be in a very good mood and have a good sense of humour to enjoy this beside the smexy times or be very aware of the expectations before you read.
This is a lot of smutt with cheesy lines but so fun to read when you're in the mood and open-minded.

Of course I dropped everything to listen to the 25 hour long Pucking Around audio book version when it was released last week. Mercy 🥵 I understand why the NHL has taken over my Tiktok algorithm now 😂 🌶️ PA picks up where That One Night leaves off. Rachel accepts a fellowship working for the Jacksonville Rays and has a reunion with her not so nameless fling in Seattle.

Couldn‘t skip a #BookMusicPairing for this one. I loved the karaoke scene with Caleb singing this song. Jake‘s “I‘m learning my lesson” has to be one of my favorite lines of the book 💀

Spicy Spicy Spice!!! This book will have you all hot and bothered. WHY CHOOSE. Ughhh. I love hockey, but you dont need to know about it to appreciate this book.
There is no audiobook as of yet, but if there was oh my God-- Id need to live in a cold shower

Am I blushing? Because there was so much 🌶 in this book that I feel like you can all see me blushing. I'll be the first to admit that I have read some kinky shit and, even so, this one pushed my limits. I can't say polyamory appeals to me personally (juggling the dynamic of FOUR PEOPLE intimately sounds like a lot of work) but if Rachel's Hockey Harem works for them, godspeed. She sure bagged 3 hunky hockey gods! Thanks #booktok... I think.
