ImperfectCJ A few years ago, my kids and I did weekly walks on the same trail in Massachusetts for a full year. They weren't audiowalks, but one week we were on vacation in Prince Edward Island and hiked near Green Gables. https://imperfecthappiness.org/category/hikes/ (edited) 4y
ImperfectCJ Oh, and one more book. This is the very first book I read about backpacking. I found a copy in a used bookstore in Asheville, NC, in the late 90s. I gave it away during one of my pre-move purges, and I don't know why that seemed like a good idea.

One of my favorite hiking books! Pretty crazy they did it barefoot as that's how they were raised. The funny thing is the thought of hiking horrifies me but I Iove reading about it. Especially when I'm nice and cozy at home!
