Quick, light Christmas read. The story was ok, but it isn‘t my favorite Macomber. I think I just didn‘t feel that invested in the couple. These holiday romances may be cheesy, but that‘s about all I can handle during this time of year anyway.

At times this book seemed absolutely ridiculous. However, I enjoyed every minute of it. It was hilarious, and kept a smile on my face the whole time I was reading it.

I didn‘t care for this one because the female MC is too desperate for the “perfect” life, which in order to be perfect, must include a husband and kids. Granted, most of Macomber‘s books are traditional romance. But this one grated more because of the desperation. I dislike the message that a woman must be married for her life to be complete.

I just was looking at it and found myself almost done with it.

I gobbled this up within a hour! It‘s a good alternative to a Halmark movie ;). Low expectations though! You‘ll be pleasantly surprised then. Happy Christmas Eve!!

I don't love this, but I do really like it. The relationship building wasn't my favourite, but the story was cute and it gave me some good laughs. It helped put me in the right frame of mind for Christmas.

I wanted a quick and easy read to finish out the Christmas season. This was light and a little predictable....but that‘s ok. (Side note) My Charlie Brown tree...leaning and lights burned out....but was a nice Christmas spent with family.
