Love this one so much (this is a re-read). Lovely story of first contact and friendship. The starting place is a little similar to SGU, but I loved that too, so that's a bonus for me.

This year I read 2 sci-fi novels and both was great. I recommended it if you like sci-fi.

I read this when it came out in 2013 and enjoyed it. I am listening to it now because it is narrated by Angela Dawe. I love her narration! I don't remember how it ended but so far I am remembering how I enjoyed the examination of communication. This is a first contact story, a sub-genre that I really love.
