My daughter made this for me 💕
Over one hundred pages in and the going is still slow. Should I persevere?
From my BuJo. Having a hard time getting into Red Sister. Should I carry on?
Very edifying. Would love to hear what she has to say about Educated.
Didn‘t have a pic of the book so this is what you‘re getting. Loved the book, but two things really struck me: How did these people survive their injuries without modern medicine?
How do you get three PhDs in a family that‘s rarely if ever actually homeschooled? I think our bodies are far more resilient than we think. And I think that after going to school for twelve years, kids can‘t wait to be finished and their curiosity is beaten out of them.
Two eye-opening books that read in the eighth grade. Terrific books that I would recommend to anyone.
How do I find a book I put on my stack add? I‘ve been all over Litsy and can‘t find it!
Started the sample and got the book from the library.
@wanderinglynn 1. 2018 is over! 2. Turning 50! 3. “Lock him up!” 4. Love ❤️ @BurghBookAddict - Glad you stayed! #hellothursday
Just started. Any thoughts?
Really enjoying this thriller. Headed up by a former Amish turned police captain, the small town police department is overwhelmed by the case of a brutal serial killer. Characters are well written and I can‘t help but think this woman would be part of my tribe irl. A lot of fun on a cold night.
Loved this audiobook. It‘s so smart and funny. If you‘re a Dwight fan, it‘s a must read/listen.
This was an easy, quick read perfect for summer. However, what I liked best about this story is that unlike most thrillers where the wife, girlfriend, daughter dies, all the protagonists survive. The Wife, and the reporter (both main characters and women) solve the crime AND live.
While we don‘t condone altering Library books, I LOVE the old school Photoshop ingenuity!
Had to read this in the eighth grade. 1984. I‘m so pleased it‘s still in circulation.
1. Sleep in and buy a purse that I can actually find shit in.
2. I don‘t really count. Maybe three or four.
3. Spring
4. I can‘t possibly remember. But my first concert was Adam Ant in 1984.
5. @Bibliophile73
At this moment.
Loving this book. If you‘ve not read it yet, get it on audio because his voice/accent is wonderful to listen to. He‘s a terrific storyteller as well as very funny.
@Smarkies #makerswap love Allende! I‘m a little apprehensive about the origami, but I‘ll give it a shot when I collect my courage. Thank you so much for the gorgeous painting, I will hang it in my bedroom.
As a fan of the show and the actor, I‘m really enjoying this one on my commute.
Just added a bunch of fantasy samples to my kindle. I‘m really happy.
So many cool covers. I will start posting ones I like or think are really original. #beautifulbookcovers or #bbc bc it‘s shorter ;) love this round check pattern.
I personally don‘t need this book bc I‘m pretty sure my mother has been disappointed since my divorce, but may come in handy for some of you more successful folks.
Our newest rattle. She‘s fearless and tiny.
I‘ve been thinking of moving to Europe for a long time. The Scandinavians seem to have everything worked out. Politics, education, and hygge. But maybe I should look into Italy instead...
Anyone here from Scandinavia?
They must create a WTF sticker. #andballs
When you work at a library you come across some great books. This one was so cute I had to share with my fellow geeks. #applepi
My daughter is sick so I‘m joining her in bed today, and started this.
I‘m really excited about this. However, I will be ordering this for my kindle because I just can‘t carry this around. #bridge4isfuckingheavy
