I'm giving this one 'pick' because it is exactly what you'd expect - cosy Christmas mystery in a Christmas themed town

It's not groundbreaking. The writing is decent, the characters aren't annoying, the plot was a bit weak but whatever.

I won't continue with the series, however, if you want easy then give it a try

A cute cozy mystery set in a town called Christmas River. This is the first book in the series, but it worked better than a lot of first in the series for me. Plus there's a very cute dog and lots of baked good bc the mc owns a bakery. It also has a second chance romance, which I also love.

This was a really fun cosy read, and I really enjoyed the feel of the book. An interesting story about an author who stays in Christmas River and finds himself being targeted. I look forward to getting hold of the other books in this series based on this book.

I enjoyed reading this book and especially the ending was heart-warming and it made me smile! ( #Adventathon )

I liked the setting: small town with people who knew each other. It was super cozy even though there were conflicts as well.
