Reading my toddler one of my favourite book series as a kiddo. ❤️

1. Only on long road trips. When my son was younger, Hank the Cowdog audiobooks were a road-trip ritual.

2. Rarely. Silence is best, but when I can't get that I listen to a "white noise" app -- "beach waves crashing" and "thunder storm" are almost as good as silence.

#awesomeaudios Hank the Cowdog are the only books I like better in audio. Erickson reads them & he is a natural storyteller. There is always a silly song or two & they are generally hilarious. #kidslit #Texaslit

Here's a little sweetness for y'all's Monday morning. I might have squealed a little when I opened his backpack and discovered that his AR book is Hank the Cowdog. #raisingreaders

Me and Hank have quite the history. I don't know if have ever laughed out loud so much while reading a book. I used to read these to my baby brother and now I read them to my boys. Try and read it out loud with out a cowboy accent, I dare you.
