Last summer I finally made it to Mankato.

"I certainly am."
"I don't believe it."
"Why, of course I am!" She was astonished that anyone could doubt it.

This has been one of the roughest weeks of my life in the roughest year of my life. Between caring for a sick mother in law, running my business and Donald Trump it has just been HARD. I have questioned so much about everything and started to struggle with my anxiety again. Thank goodness I have books to get me through these times! And these books are some of my favorite. Luckily ended this terrible week with booking a wedding so all is not sad!

My favorite Betsy book. @RealLifeReading More like #shipstrainsandautomobiles than #planestrainsandautomobiles. I'm sure Betsy would love to fly when the chance came.

Back to escapism for a while. I feel like I'm going to spend the last month before the election like a groundhog - popping up to see if it's over or not yet and burrowing back into my books.
