Throughly enjoyed book 1 now onto book 2 in The Faithful and The Fallen quartet ⚔️

There were several POVs and I loved to follow the plans of the evil ones. There were betrayals and twists.

I was afraid of something bad happening to characters I liked. But this had some lighter moments as well that made me laugh or smile.

There was so much action and I loved to follow all minor storylines. This book was hard to put down but at the same time I didn't want it to be finished. And now it is :(

Starting this now to finish the series 📚🙌🏽

Hit a bit of a slump. Not because the book is bad...November was/is just a slow reading month. Been playing a lot of vids & watching lots of anime.

If anything it's this book that is bringing me back to the pages. I'm really enjoying it and need to find out what's going on! 👍

So fascinated by the world that John Gwynne has created and the people he has populated it with.

Continuing on with this series! I wasn't blown away by the first book, but it's certainly a solid story for a series. I'm interested to see how things develop, especially with my sweet cinnamon roll hero, Corban.

2 of my babies. They still think that they're puppies when I'm reading and both try to get in my lap. Today is their 3rd birthday. No matter how old they get they are still my puppies and reading buddies.

I had to drive 2 hours yesterday to get these neither of my local book stores had them. So ready to find out what happens.😁😍

The tree has been successfully put up, now to finish this 2nd book in a fantasy series about angels and demons and a really cool prophecy.

The #weather has been absolutely terrible today. Thunderstorms, hail, tornados touching down too close for comfort. But it makes for some pretty fantastic reading weather! #aprilbookshowers
