My first book for this year...I totally love this book...

This may be my favorite so far because I already loved West‘s character. And it makes me happy to see him have a happy ending. Although the title doesn‘t work for the story.
I‘m totally reading this series out of order. This is book 5 after reading book 2 and then 1. Now onto book 4. 😆
Loving this series, so much that I read this one and Chasing Cassandra this weekend!
Another good historical romance from Kleypas. I love having all the stories connected.
The Ravenels story continues with this mashup with Kleypas‘s Wallflowers characters. While there were definite romantic elements to this one, it didn‘t seem like it was a huge feature, as in past books in the Ravenels series. Very enjoyable. On to the next in the series!
Beach read #4
Young widow and single mother falling in love again? I rolled my eyes a lot reading this one, so much bodice ripping, but also could not help but to swoon.
Last full day of vacay! I am feeling refreshed, recharged, and like I am finally coming out of my depressed and listless mood I have been struggling with!
I enjoyed this light reading, it has all the charm of a typical regency romance. This is a quiet romance, with the primary conflict being the ups and downs of a new relationship. Fans of the series will enjoy reconnecting with previous characters.
A surprising amount of fun considering how wary I was about some of the plot but in the end, I pretty much raced through it.
Current historical romance read (thank you library e-collection)
It was so nice to get in some light-hearted fluffness after the heaviness of the last few books I‘ve read. This is the most recent entry into the Ravenels series - book 5, I believe. A nice start to my Monday morning #labsoundtrack.
Forgot to take a picture before returning this to the library, but it was a light, fun read. I really enjoy her books. My only complaint was that the ending seemed a little rushed.
Another cute book in the Ravenel series, which meets up with the Wallflower series again in this one. West meets a beautiful widow with two young sons at Pandora's wedding.
#BookishBingo: Set on a farm
This was a fun light read, I really liked some of the dialogue between the two leads.
So far this book is the best in the series. This is Lisa Kleypas at her finest! I love West and Phoebe. Their witty banter had me snickering for hours and the love scenes between them are scorching hot! Their interaction between her children is so sweet. Loved it from start to finish. Rubbing my hands together for Tom and Cassandra's story. It's so obvious they'll be matched. Their story will be so fun! 😍
He‘s brilliant with estate management, has a wicked sense of humor, and loves children.
How I love thee, West Ravenel, let me count the ways!
😆😍

I really enjoyed Phoebe's story. I liked watching her emerge from mourning and decide to get involved in estate management and other areas "unnecessary for a woman". There were some priceless, funny quotes. My one disappointment is that there wasn't a lot of West, and West is my favorite Ravenel. This felt much more like Phoebe's story than Phoebe and West's story.
4?
OK, this had me almost snorting with laughter!
As a redhead who has spent a lot of time hearing “I wish I had your hair” and “you can‘t get that from a bottle” and also fearing how much of my identity is wrapped up in being a redhead when it inevitably changes shade, I also have to admit that I‘ve always been really jealous of the deeper, more striking shades of red
A new favorite from Lisa Kleypas. I love a good enemies-to-lovers romance! #romansty I can‘t believe I forgot to post about this when I finished it earlier in the month.

When your oldest texts and said she‘s dying to go to the bookstore after work and would you like to go as well, you go. The cover for Devil‘s Daughter is absolutely gorgeous.
It‘s here! It‘s here! It‘s here! #romantsy
Starting immediately.
This was a delight! Featuring the daughter of my favorite rogue hero of Kleypas. You will completely fall in love with all the characters. Cannot recommend enough. This can be read as a standalone but is part of the recent Ravenel series and the author‘s classic Wallflowers series. #romantsy #audiobook
I‘d been anxiously waiting to read West‘s story because he‘s hilarious in other books. What a disappointment this was. West didn‘t have nearly as much humor, spent much of the story brooding with “I‘m not worthy of her, woe is me” crap, there was boring info-dump on historical farm/accounting stuff instead of being woven into the story, and there was barely any plot. It was like a lazy, half-assed attempt at a novel. I expect more of Kleypas!

So excited to start this #romantsy!
Got this last night! I still have to read "Hello Stranger". I've been reluctant to do so because of the mixed reviews. Then again. Lisa Kleypas's not so great books are often better than some authors' best books. Does that make sense? lol. Anyway, looking forward to this!
Loved it. Especially Matchmaking Sebastian (who we get a lot of) and Wedding Crashing Severin (who, alas, we only get at the beginning and end). ❤️ #romantsy
