I read this series a few years back and it got me into reading, it‘s remained one of the few that I still think about.
Can anybody recommend some books similar to this?

So I had someone recommend this series and I have to say so far I‘m enjoying it. This story is a retelling of the first book but from the POV of Travis Maddox the male protagonist.

I liked this one almost as much as Beautiful Disaster...it was really repetitive but it was great to get inside Travis's head about the situations....plus the epilogue is completely different and tells something you don't get to read in Beautiful Disaster. It's worth the repetition, I promise you.

This is over before I even heard a minute. As you see in the picture above (👉🏼 https://www.amazon.de/Jamie-McGuire-Beautiful-Reihe/dp/B01BQ64DGS) it‘s the third part of a series. Makes no sense to begin here.

And, again, I don‘t understand, why titles that belong to a series or not marked appropriately.

(Another audiobook that fills the slots for lendings in my online library without having the chance to return it earlier.)

I learned from Litsy that my new audiobook is part of a series. 🙄
And that the protagonist could be a fleabag. 🤢

I loved this book!! It was a little slower going than the first book since I already new the plotline but still worth the read!

I liked it but it‘s the same story from his point of view.

I read this book right after finishing Beautiful Disaster, which changed my rating just a bit. It is the same story, but from Travis‘ point of view. I get the criticism that some have given it, that it was too much of a direct retelling of the original story, with most of the dialogue verbatim, but there is some new material and insights. It would do better if you hadn‘t just read the first book. But I still really enjoyed it!

I can't finish my book tonight because I'll be pacing the hallways in my apartment building trying to catch up. I'd usually be proud of my two day total so far, but my friends are making me feel so inadequate. 😭😭 Can't talk, gotta walk.

I I love this place so much!! It's about an hour drive from home but both the drive and the barn are worth it.

That epilogue... oh my God!

I have to stop. Travis is an arrogant asshole and how any female could tolerate his (bordering on)violent outbursts is beyond me. I'm glad I didn't buy the whole series at once because I've had enough of this guy.

I wasn't a fan of Travis in the first book and didn't realize this was the same story told from his POv which I usually hate. Hopefully I can get they this as so far, even by page 8, he's not scoring any points with me with the way he's talking about women.
