@EadieB Thanks for the tag!
1. Book is tagged that I am reading.
2. It is an ebook.
3. At this point, 50 something percent through, I'd give it 3.5⭐
4. Highlight a book? That's abuse!! No, I wouldn't dream of damaging a precious book like that. Sticky notes might come in handy for referencing later, though I have not done it.

Book # 11
Wow...all I can say is Wow. I couldn't figure who was the liar til about 40pgs away from the ending. Well written with good twists and turns
A good evenings read - quick, twisty thriller that keeps twisting to the very end. Never mind a good liar- I don‘t think anyone was telling the truth 😁

Some good on my kindle 😁 2/5 read about average!
TBH, I did not expect much from this book, but the author delivered! Solid 4 stars, glad I moved it up on my TBR (read for Popsugar challenge).
I love Litsy. I LOVE IT! I‘m reading so much more now and finding books I‘d never heard of. Anyway, it‘s awesome. So this one was fan-friggin-tastic, with yet another ending I didn‘t see coming. Also love the different perspectives of the characters, each chapter was from a different POV. Did I mention the ending? Flipped my lid.

Only one of these so called ladies is lying through her teeth & I‘d personally like to throttle her. Guess which one.
I'm a fan of any book that includes a lot of twists - and this book was chockfull of them! I devoured this book because I was enthralled with the characters and loved the storytelling of how people react differently to traumatic events. Although I guessed some of the twists, there was enough suspense to keep me turning the pages quickly. A definite recommend! #NetGalley ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed this thriller when I read it earlier this year and right now it‘s on sale for the Kindle! I recommend if you want a quick, good read about 3 women and the aftermath of an explosion with a few twists thrown in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Stars - I received an #arc of #TheGoodLiar via #netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This suspenseful book followed three women‘s lives that intersected in unexpected ways when an explosion of a Chicago building changed their lives forever. Nothing is as it seems in this page-turner. While I guessed the twists and one character was a bit under-developed, it was still an exciting thriller worth adding to your TBR. #JPBookReview
Just a little evening reading... #TheGoodLiar #arc #netgalley - What are you currently reading?
Another pool day—another book to read: #TheGoodLiar 🌊👙☀️📚 courtesy of #netgalley and the publisher. What are your #memorialdayweekend plans? What are you reading?
I finished #thedeathofmrswestaway today and I‘m still processing the ending. Review will be posted later. #arc
1. First praying mantis I‘ve seen was this injured guy on our driveway. He was about as long as my hand!
2. An explosion affects the lives of three women, but someone is lying about her pre-explosion life. (Shhh...I think it may be all of them.) 🕵️♀️
3. I‘m feeling in the mood for some great true crime recs. Or any interesting non-fiction.
4. It was sunny and 80!! ☀️☀️☀️
5. In-laws visiting and we are all walking in a 5k! 🏃♀️

Three women. One fateful October morning. A tragedy that will tie them together through secrets, lies and betrayals. Another fast paced and engrossing read by the awesomely talented @cemckenzie1 . Each chapter divulges a tiny glimpse of what‘s to come. You can feel it, just within your grasp, tantalizing, suspenseful, irresistible. 5⭐️
The fabulous #CatherineMcKenzie has demonstrated again that with each successive book her writing gets better & better. #TheGoodLiar is an intricately plotted, nuanced exploration of 3 women harboring secrets in the wake of a senseless tragedy. McKenzie keeps readers guessing until the gut-punch conclusion. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Full review: https://tinyurl.com/y9tf5zh6

Lately it seems the only time I get a chance to read is in waiting rooms. This one has me completely engrossed and I‘m only on chapter 5. 😷👨⚕️
Definitely some great twists and turns in this one. I did figure out pieces of it before the end.
“When an explosion rips apart a Chicago building, the lives of three women are altered. Kate fled the disaster, hoping her past wouldn‘t catch up with her; Franny watched it on the news, knowing a woman she wanted to reconnect with was inside; and Cecily lost her husband and best friend inside. A year later the memories become dangerous triggers. All these women are guarding secrets. How far will they go to keep them?” #TBR #netgalley #ARC #GRwin
This follows 3women a yr after an explosion in Chicago. They were each effected by this event in some way.
It‘s a hard book to review w/out giving too much away. There are a lot of little twists, most of which I figured out, but the writing made it so I wavered in my conviction of my guess until the reveal. One thing I loved was these twists didn‘t feel forced or contrived. They fit perfectly w/in the story & w/the characters‘ personalities.
🍭🍭🍭🍭🍭 review is up on my blog. Don‘t miss this twisty story! Plus she creates real characters. https://reecaspieces.com/2018/03/30/the-good-liar-by-catherine-mckenzie/
Since it is too cold in the ‘Sip for flip flops, I settled for my flamingo socks. This book is twisty! #socksunday. #amreading #sundayfunday #thegoodliar @cemckenzie1
Yep! These are my plans today! I might move around a little but highly doubt it! This book is very good! Catherine Mckenzie always create characters that you know! #lulu
