For a change of pace, I enjoyed 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤 by 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬. She doesn't remember writing the book! Her agent discovered & submitted it to St. Martin's Press. Dallas loves “writing in first voice, using period slang & politically incorrect language, such as 'spinster.'“ An homage to 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘪𝘵 & engrossing adventure set in the Old West, you'll welcome the characters into your heart. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

👩‍🦳𝓑𝓸𝓸𝓴 𝓡𝓮𝓿𝓲𝓮𝔀 ⛱️

𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐦𝐚𝐧 invokes uproarious laughter, & reduces you to tears of relatability & empathy a few pgs later in 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐡 (now in paperback). Thanks, Bibliolifestyle & Harper Perennial. She explores the often bewildering middle years of a woman's life -- she's sandwiched between her grown children & aging parents, life has become “so quiet.“ The sequel, 𝗪𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐤, publishes 10/30/25!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

tpixie I really enjoyed this book. I was, however, expecting “the Sandwich “ was going to be with younger children ands adults, though! 4h

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 by 𝐊𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐤, published October 1, 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟺, looks perfect to savor, courtesy of Bibliolifestyle & Harper Muse Books, on a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee . . . once our 100+ degree days finally subside & fall arrives! It's a tale of family lore & the power of finding your own voice, set against Southern mythology & personal reckonings colliding with a changing world.

◉✿ 𝓑𝓸𝓸𝓴 𝓜𝓪𝓲𝓵 ✿◉

Although I don't read many romance novels, I'm always up for an emotionally moving second chance story. 💘 Happily, 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 by 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝗪𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐫 landed in my mailbox while I was on Maui, courtesy of Bookouture. I'm looking forward to curling up with it. Who doesn't enjoy a heart-wrenching story from time to time? It promises to address the “beautiful pain of lost love.“

LiteraryinPA Now that I‘m looking at it, I can see it‘s a flower blowing in the wind, but doesn‘t it look like an eyeball at first? 9mo

📬 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐥 📺

I'm back at home in Lodi, CA, after spending 4 glorious weeks on the beautiful island of Maui. 🌴🌺 I've jumped right back into normal life, but enjoyed perusing books that arrived during my absence, including 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 by 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚. It's the Sept. selection of the 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛. I'm anxious to delve into this “cultural comedy“ that is a GMA Book Club pick.

Have you read 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 by 𝐉𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐟𝐟 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐳? I devoured that fast-paced, deftly-plotted, and very clever thriller wth a shocking conclusion! So I'm delighted to be reading and discussing the follow-up, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐥, with several fellow readers on Instagram, courtesy of Celadon Books. I'm anxious to see if the storyline is as unhinged as was 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭! 😮

Published 𝘚𝘦𝘱𝘵. 𝟹, 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟺, the folks at Bibliolifestyle & Harper Muse Books sent me a copy. I love dishy stories about small-town drama populated with big-hearted people who have big dreams! Looking forward to reading it.
