The saga of the Kindle continues. USPS sent me a text telling yesterday me my package with the original Kindle will arrive Monday. I cancelled the replacement Kindle since it STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED OVER 24 HOURS AFTER MY ORDER (despite the promised shipping upgrade.) So supposedly I have a Kindle arriving on Monday. It is currently at a facility 3 hours away, but it still won't be here until Monday. WTF? Continued...

Sace To add insult to injury, Amazon sent me an email with instructions in how to register my new kindle. 😑 AND I got notification yesterday that another item I ordered will be late! 7y

Kaye That is weird. Is it just a regular Kindle or Paperwhite or one of the new ones that‘s waterproof? Maybe the new ones were on back order if they got lots of orders for them. If it‘s any other Kindle, there‘s no reason you shouldn‘t have gotten it by now. We‘ve had problems with Amazon‘s shipping times lately too Prime isn‘t what it used to be. (edited) 7y

alisiakae Both USPS and UPS seem really overburdened right now. We are at the end of our UPS route, and they haven‘t made it to our house since last week, because the truck has been too full to finish the route. We have 7 packages that have been on the truck since Mon/Tues and have not been delivered. 7y

Kaye Well that is just weird. You surely should have gotten it by now. I bet they are going to lose a lot of Prime customers. Ours runs out in June and we aren‘t renewing. I know how excited you get to order something like that. You are really anxious to get it so you can start using it. Sure hope you get it soon. 7y
