Ooh, this book is so good and so original. I can see why it made the best-of lists in 2015. I am thoroughly enjoying it.

Great idea, badly executed. Gave it 100 pages but I‘m really not enjoying it. DNF.

Her descriptions are so vivid and the premise of this book: being able to switch into someone‘s body by touching them is so clever.

My next read. A break from all the traditional fantasy. What if you could transfer into someone else‘s body by touching them?

Claire North does it again! She blew my mind with this book. She has a unique ability to ignite my imagination and leave me daydreaming about her stories long after I have finished. Ever wondered what you would do if you could inhabit other bodies? Pick this up and start daydreaming too!

I should know never to read a Claire North book and another book simultaneously. I‘m tempted to make a flow chart with this one, to keep track of all lives. I LOVE her writing!!! Love the road tripping through Eastern Europe!

The story has improved from the beginning. I am enjoying the murder mystery. Also, interesting comments on gender.

All the switching around in bodies and times is hard to follow, although the audio version helps with different voices. Mostly, though, it seems like a second-rate knock-off of David Mitchell's the Bone Clocks I read last year. I hope it improves.

Just started for the January book discussion with Goodreads SciFi and Fantasy Book Club. Although somebody said her other book Fifteen Lives is better...I'll have to try that next!

So, this is my autumn list for #tbrbingo - I am starting my training contract to become a solicitor in a few weeks and I am anticipating being very busy (hence why I didn't want to be too ambitious! This is my favourite book by North so far. Such an original idea and the ending is powerful.

At night when I'm lying on my side the last thing I see is my #seaofbooks that is my TBR. A perfect view.

Love this book, and loved her first one....The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August. She is now officially one of my favorite authors.

Today's read. Very intriguing so far.

I really enjoyed this book. A very intriguing concept that was well realised. It was very well written and the main character was fantastic.This is a book that the less you know the better. 5 stars.

I really enjoyed this. Not my normal type of read but it gripped me from the start and I liked the writing style. I think it's one to be read quickly, in big chunks. My reading was a bit stop-start at times and I lost track of the momentum of the story. It's fast paced, but somewhat exhausting (in a page turner way)!

I feel like I'm slipping into an unwanted reading slump. Help! I think I'm going to give this one a go and hope it's as good as the blurb... @Ms_T have I remembered right that you enjoyed this recently?

There isn't enough time in a life to find out if the other guy's better is better than yours, cos you'd have to lose everything you have to find out for yourself.

I think I'm becoming a bit of a Claire North fan. This was a very good read - the main character is an entity that can hop from person to person merely by touching them. All good fun for the main character, until they come under the scrutiny of an organisation that wants to put a stop to it. Loved it!! She has another book coming out soon that sounds very intriguing, and it's going on my to read list already!

All the blurb on the back was so right, one of my favourite reads of 2016.

If you are unfamiliar with her, Claire North is a breath of fresh air in publishing. She actually produces original & unique books, including this, her 2nd, one. Some on the brink of violent death gain the ability to jump into bodies via touch and essentially never die; and then there's those who are trying to kill Kepler and his/her kind. Intense, complex, philosophical, smart, & fun! Pair with: Asbach Brandy, aged 3 years, warmed, in snifter.
