It's a rainy day - perfect weather for reading. I have been playing Overwatch to get some Halloween event goodies, but I am so sick and tired of being sexually harassed in online video games. 😡
But books never fail me! So it's time for cuddles from Tiger Lily and diving into a friend's rec. Happy Sunday, friends!
so-soThis book isn't for everyone, it handles a rape early on that results in pregnancy. I personally felt like the message was still good, despite the horrible things that happened Lucy was able to find herself and grow. She had moments of struggle, of questioning her self worth, issues with loving after everything but in the she found a bright side and that was great to see. Probably not a must read but a decent read all the same.
