I thought I loved the first book, I thought I loved the characters, but this book made me realize I had no idea how much I could love them. So so so much love, so many feels and an ending that was perfect. I wanted more but I didn't need it, and to me that's the perfect ending. But I would adore a novella or flash forward😍😍 #crookedkingdom

There is so much I want to say about this book and so much I don't just to allow other to enter as blind as I was. I didn't think I would like this book, let alone fall completely in love with not only the story but the phenomenal characters. I absolutely love this book! #sixofcrows

If twilight had been about the four elements and bloodlines of royal originals instead of vampires these books would have been almost identical. It was bad but it was laughable and light at best. The work building was minimal and the characters had no real substance. It was a perfect in between slumps, one day, sweet read.

This book isn't for everyone, it handles a rape early on that results in pregnancy. I personally felt like the message was still good, despite the horrible things that happened Lucy was able to find herself and grow. She had moments of struggle, of questioning her self worth, issues with loving after everything but in the she found a bright side and that was great to see. Probably not a must read but a decent read all the same.

I love books that only take less than a handful of chapters to get interesting. This book started off with a bang. There were some slow points, and some twists I hated, but I'm not a fan of the whole "I love you but treated you like trash" loves. If you plan to read six of crows I suggest reading this first. At then end it was good enough to make me go get the second book.

At first the writing wasn't my favorite, but it grew on me. I really enjoyed this book especially when certain people came in. Which could be because I can't help but love a witty bad guy who calls people pet names🤷🏽‍♀️ all in all a fun read.

I adore this book! I'll admit it took a little to get me totally hooked, but once I did I couldn't put it down. I could talk about how much I love it all day, from the the way it painted a beautiful picture in my mind to the way it gave me all the feels it's just magic. An interesting new story that isn't like anything I have read before.

Daughter of the Pirate King | Tricia Levenseller

Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller made me want to watch pirates movies and visit a tropical island. It also made me wonder why there aren't move books about pirates with feisty woman captions. The leading lady was a fierce redhead who have quite the high opinion of herself. It was a quick, light and fun read that made me smile and laugh, but I'm not sure I will be racing out to get the sequel. A perfect summer read!
