Friday evening reading, plus Negroni.
Nasty head cold means finding a warm, sunny spot with a cup of tea and an excellent horror novel ✅✅✅
A patch of winter sunshine and a book I‘m currently obsessed with.
Halfway through, loving this ❤️
Today is Australian #readinghour and I‘m spending an hour with G X Todd.
This is a first for me, a South Korean literary crime thriller.
I will get to this in the next few days 😁
I‘m such a sucker for a personalised note from an author, I‘m all “sure Elly, I‘ll drop whatever I was considering reading today and dive into your new book”. But tbh, I‘m really enjoying it so far.
A third of the way through, not sure how I feel about this yet ...
I have a book hangover. I finished this today and the characters and resolution are filling up my head so much that I can‘t even contemplate starting another book.
Reading Power Of The Dog with Mexican Border Wars on the television in the background for atmosphere.
So far sooooooo good.
Cold winter night, wrapped up on my couch with a book ♥️
What a complete delight. I tore through this funny, awesome (and violent) book in a day. Shame on me for not getting around to it sooner.
A trip to #BEA18 also means a trip to the Strand 👌🏻
Some days you just need a sunny spot, a good book and some unicorn slippers.
So atmospheric and evocative and yet I feel a creeping dread. Buried in this compelling read today.
New favourite book for the year! Do yourself a favour and add this to your TBR ❤️
Christmas festivities done here, now I‘m on the couch with tea and a book. Happy Christmas Littens x
You‘ll understand why I had to buy these even though I already own multiple decks of cards. #bookwormproblems
In a dark room the ' Don't Wake Them ' is luminous, the rest disappears, it's spooky 😬
I don't usually read kids' books but ... this book 👌🏻
Cold but sunny Saturday afternoon on the couch with my book.
