This was my 4th or 5th Reacher novel, and it's gonna be my last. I liked one of the ones I read, but the others have all just felt like repeats. Bad guys are plentiful and stupid. Reacher says nothing. Meh.
First finish for #jubilantjuly

Book 26 in the Jack Reacher series was pretty good, had a decent story line but didn't wow me.
Another Jack Reacher story. They are what they are. I enjoy them. I felt like this one was a little different from the originals but still the same too. I have read all of the books in the series and I will continue to do so. It was fun to read something for entertainment.
I love a bit of Jack Reacher and he always shows up just when the year is getting too much for me. Better Off Dead was a welcome respite from the real world on a rainy Saturday. Not the best Reacher novel, but I felt Andrew Child found his rhythm here a bit better than The Sentinel. You know what you‘re going to get here, and I wasn‘t mad about it.
