So I first came across Paul Tremblay‘s work last year when I read A Head Full of Ghosts which was an amazing book. I was offered the chance to read this book so I jumped at the chance.

I went into this blind and I must say it was an intriguing read that I couldn‘t put down, especially in the second half.

#currentread So this is technically a re-read for me. I read this back in 2015 but never got around to finishing the trilogy. I've been having a really good reading month so I've decided to start this and possibly finish the trilogy this month.

So one of my biggest pet peeve is fake stickers on books. I love this cover and it's simplicity but the sticker ruins it.

Does anyone else despise this?

#bookhaul So the other day I went to my local charity shop to donate books and I couldn't help but browse the books they had. They had an offer where you got 2 books for 99p so I naturally had to buy the books. I got 8 books for £3.96 and the money helped charity so win win.

Well this was such a disappointing read. When I read the blurb I immediately wanted to read this book. It had such an interesting premise but unfortunately fell flat for me.
The first half was not too bad and it did make me want to find out more but I just felt like the plot went no where.

Hey Guys I'm back, its been a while since I last posted but I'm back to posting on here now. How is everyone?

I'm currently reading Meddling Kids by Edgar Cantero, I'm about 82 pages in and I love it so far, its basically Scooby Doo grown up. I love this cover so much, I love that it's creepy. I've seen the cover for the hardback edition and I want it in my life it's awesome.

It was my birthday on Monday and this is somethings I bought with money I got.

I had to get the dot to dot book, it is so pretty. I got the stunning editions of The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, I have only read the first two books but I want to finish the series by the end of the year. I got the cinematic guide of Harry Potter, which comes with four separate books for Harry, Ron, Hermione and Albus. Also got a Slytherin mug & booklight.

#curentlyreading The silence of the lambs by Thomas Harris. I read the first book Red Dragon last weekend and loved it so I had to pick this up.
I am about 62 pages in and it is great. I'm really enjoying it. Has anybody else read this series? No spoilers please

Book Haul : So I picked these up yesterday, I love finding second hand books. I finally completed the Hannibal Lector series by finding Red Dragon by Thomas Harris. I've already started reading it and I'm really enjoying it. I'm going to do a separate post about The Girl on the Train because the edition is beautiful.

I love the opening lines to the Percy Jackson books, they just draw you in.

So I'm starting Percy Jackson and the Last Olympion. I love this world and can't wait to be back in it.

I love the disney infinity figures. I don't use them on the game, I just collect them. These are the ones I have so far. I think the Jack Skellington one is my favourite. I have Alice from Alice in wonderland and also Mulan but they would fit in the picture 😂

I've still to read The Victoria Letters but I hope to get to it before the new series comes out.

So I treated myself to some goodies from The Works. My favourite shop, I always find something to buy. So excited for the HP trivial Pursuit I've been wanting it for ages. Plus the dot to dot book looks awesome, so many dots haha.

So I finished The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald on Saturday and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

I've started this yesterday morning and it's quite good so far.

So I have decided to put Duskfall down again for now. I've tried really hard to get into the story but I'm not enjoying it at the moment. So I will put it down and try again on a later day.

For my next read I've picked The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I've never read it before and it is quite short so I hope I have better luck reading this.

Still making my way through Duskfall. Hoping to finish it today/tomorrow morning and I'm hoping to start the next book aswell.

I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean - Salazar's Revenge and I adored it just as much as the others. Have you guys seen it? Opinions?

So I was lucky enough to be sent a copy of this by the publisher. I really enjoyed the film so I know I will love this. Going to start it tonight.

Do you like the notebook I got? I've been eyeing it for weeks and finally bought it today. Don't think I'll write in it though 😂

So I'm 300 pages in and I can't put it down. Really quite captivating, the kind of story that pulls you in and refuses to let you go until you devour every page. As I only have 138 pages left I hope to finish this tonight.
