Sorry this took me a while! I finished about a month ago but it slipped my mind to review it here. I thought this was a compelling look into the mind of a not-so-normal teenage girl. It gives you bit by bit the breadcrumb trail to lead you to your own conclusion at the end of it all, I enjoyed that immensely. Overall, I would recommend this book based solely on its author. Shirley Jackson does it again with We Have Always Lived in the Castle.
