I don‘t have a Fitbit, but I do have Pokemongo! 😆
I haven‘t tallied up my points yet, but here are my week one results.
Walking: I did walk at least three times this week so I did hit my goal. I would like to exceed the goal in future weeks but it‘s a good start.
Yoga: I missed a few days. But again, a good start!
Alcohol: None! And no sugary drinks either!
Books: Finished one book and got about halfway through an audiobook and a new book.
