The classics are called classics for a reason and need to be read!

I recently read this book and it really made me think. It was a quick and easy read despite its thought provoking topics addressed. I want to get to the deep meaning of the book so I have decided to read it in the original French. Definitely one of my new top favorites to read when I need something on a rainy day!

I visited Athens this summer crossing one more thing off my bucket list! It has always been my dream to visit the Parthenon 🏛 and it still feels like it was a dream. My favorite books have something to do with the ancient gods and this visit was truly amazing to experience in real life! I was just going back through my pictures and found this one🇬🇷❤️🏛

readingjedi I have spent a lot of time on the islands but as yet have never visited the mainland. I can't wait to see Athens! 6y

I am so excited for the movie release! The maze runner movies did not exactly follow the books but it was pretty accurate compared to movies that did worse. Can't wait to see it! Has anyone yet?📽

Alittlebookworm I saw it the first day it came out in the cinema. I loved it soooo much!!! I can‘t wait for it to come out on DVD so i can see it as many times as possible!! ❤️ 7y

My brother's new book. Personally, I think he has good taste in his book(s). I will read these classic Sifi novels after him!

I love how Rick Riordan combined his series together and this makes me really happy! He made everything make a little more sense. I love this new series! Some points are a little iffy, but I like the Norse gods portrayed in this.

bridgetann I'm so far behind. 7y

Heretherebedragons On an unrelated note: Is it just me, or does the boy on the cover bear more than a passing likeness to Kurt Cobain (from Nirvana)? 7y

This book was suggested to me and so I read it. However, it wasn't my favorite and I was confused on this suggested topic. I wouldn't read it again but I enjoyed some parts of the book.

arelireads I hate Atticus in this one. 😑😑 7y
arelireads But Scout will always be loved. Hehe. 💓 7y
Transientdrifter Reader beware, this book does not hold a candle to the original, and the more I have contemplated it, the more I believe it was not Harper Lee's creation, but a modern construct designed to stir up political race issues. It lacks all the care and depth of character that went into TKAM, and left me feeling so let down. 7y

I have started to read Journey to the Center of the Earth by Jules Verne and I love it! This image is a picture from underneath a Seattle sidewalk! If you have ever seen the purple glass, this is an under view of it! I went on the Seattle Underground Tour and felt like I was going to the center of the city! I felt a connection here.

tpixie I've been to Seattle many times would've never gone underground that sounds like a great experience 7y

I am completely addicted to this thrilling series and I have read every one! I have also listened to them many times to make sure I didn't miss a second! I love this so much and although I wish it was a movie, the motion pictures would ruin the wonderful story! I suggest you read this if you enjoy to read! If not, that is a very, very sad fact and you are a sad person.
