"I didn't know the end of the wold would look so beautiful."
**cliche, but I can picture the scene, and I must say, I agee
Solid 4.75 ⭐
I was sucked right into the wonderfully dystopian gene-hacking world from the first page. (But seriously, clouds of gene-hacked pigeons? Say no more!)
I put this on my to-read list almost a year ago and finally got to it - I didn't quite remember the synopsis but I think going it that made it even better! 4.5 ⭐ from me!
Rewrote this caption four times. Settled for this: just read it. Acevedo will slam your socks off.
#24B4Monday - my top picks while I ignore the TBR pile of professional development books on my table!
My first Lisa Jewell book, and I loved it! It pulled me right in and I couldn't put it down. LJ did an amazing job keeping me on my toes throughout the whole book!

Tonight's a good night to shut the TV off and just read.💕 This book has been really good so far, and I enjoy that it's written in little snippets of their lives as they grow. Interested to see how SP ends the story... 🤔
Congratulations @Nessavamusic on the milestone!! That's awesome!! 😲🎉For the #10klabordaygiveaway my book choice would be Shadowblack by Sebastien de Castell (😍) and my genre would be comedy, with fantasy as a close second!
don't know why it took me so long to pick up a Sarah J Maas book, but I'm so glad I did! While it took me a chapter or so to switch genre gears, I'm so glad I didn't give up because it turned out to be a page turner. I appreciated the depth of character that SJM put in Celena, and while I was on the fence for a while, I definitely ended as #teamchaol! Can't wait to read the next one! 😲
My first book swap! I've been seeing everyone post about these, so I was excited to find one open! @SMayWrites, I know you've already joined some, but here's another!
Thanks for hosting, @TheBookKeepers 😊📚

Oh, to be a lovely girl..
I'm nearing page 100 of this curious novel, and with its succinct style of writing, I can't put it down! Also, the cover aesthetics speak to me 😍
My latest gym read, and my first Thomas novel. Kept me on my toes! Bonus: Anthony Ferguson did a wonderful job voicing the enthralling text, I kept going back for more!
