I had a fabulous day (as always) at the #TucsonFestivalofBooks! I went by myself this year, and enjoyed panels featuring Jasmine Guillory, Susanna Kearsley, and Luis Alberto Urrea. Plus I found several new authors to try, hooray!

pickI also finished this audiobook today while working in the garden. We met the author at last year's #tucsonfestivalofbooks. She was charming and so was her novel. #25infive
pickI picked up this book at the #tucsonfestivalofbooks a few weeks ago after seeing the author on one of the panels. This story is set in Oklahoma in the heart of the Cherokee Nation's Tribal lands. It is primarily a great mystery, but it also weaves in the history of the Cherokee nation as well as touches on some contemporary issues.
