Didn't enjoy this one as much as the first one.
At first it dragged and then the ending felt rushed and a bit incomplete. I'd like it if I could have joined Nicolas in his final voyage. Not just get a one paragraph summary of it. In fact I feel it could have been a whole book on its own.

Cute and funny story of a stressed out country star hiding out in a small town to find the joy in her music again. Shenanigans ensue and she gals for the big, burly . . . pie shop owner? I really enjoyed this book. Kris was in the band Durt Wurk until their vocalist Terry sold their souls & sold them out. Now Kris is trying to stop him from causing more destruction.
Terry, now known as the Blind King is pegged as a mix of Nine Inch Nails & Marilyn Manson which my younger Gothic self would have loved 🖤

Finished this one last night. One of my #roll100 picks and also my January #bookspin 🎉

This was sweet romance set in Italy. After losing her Grandmother, Natalie leaves everything and goes to Italy to restore a Villa just like they always talked about doing together. Pietro is an Italian architect and restorationist who is also part of the restoration council. He starts helping Natalie with her villa and they fall in love. ⬇️
