pickAmateur detective Wimsey‘s brother the Duke has been arrested for the murder of their sister‘s fiancée. The duke, the sister, the fiancée, some couples, the hired help are all at a hunting lodge when a gunshot is heard in the middle of the night. It turns out all the suspicious parties, including the deceased, have very big secrets. An excellent detailed investigation but I wasn‘t too pleased with the resolution. It felt contrived so the ⬇️
