Loreen @Puredragonstar one was indeed #pagehabit. It would have been nice to get an email from them. Like you I had to go searching to find out. And I found a lot of dissatisfied subscribers while searching. 6y

MallenNC I still haven't even received my July box, and no tracking for the second month in a row. I've seen a lot of complaints from those who have gotten their boxes. I just cancelled, and I don't know if that means I won't get the July box or if they'll start the cancellation with August. Incredibly frustrating. 6y

suzanne.literarylife I just canceled too. There are several great book subscriptions out there, I would rather support them. I cannot believe they just sent out old merchandise. 6y

I've been trying to help some #PageHabit subscribers. I was apart of their official Facebook group, until they blocked me for expressing my sympathy & telling people to message me if they were interested in a new box.

Thousand-Lives @abbsinwonderland Totally not your fault! I was lucky because although not in my selected genre, the book I received is one I will read. I just didn‘t want to continue doing business with them after their tricky “surprise.” 6y

abbsinwonderland @Thousand-Lives I just feel bad. I know what my box means to me and how much I look forward to it. PageHabit has been shady since Gabe left. I think he saw something like this happening and didn't wanna be apart of it.. 6y

Cailey_Mac Awww I don‘t know the scenario is, but I think it‘s awful when a person who runs a company finds it necessary to be rude right off the bat to you! I had a similar experience ( I won‘t name the bookish company ) in which I simply asked where my tracking email was as it had been well over a month since I ordered it, and was met with a very nasty email 🙃 Let‘s just say I will stay with either OwlCrate, Uppercase, or Fairyloot from now on. 6y

abbsinwonderland @Cailey_Mac This whole situation is insane! Lawsuits, possibly. I totally agree. I'm sticking with those ones also! Someone also showed me a Fairyloot knock off (still GREAT quality items), but it's in the states! So I might check that one out, too. 6y

abbsinwonderland @MallenNC I'm so sorry you're going through this mess. I wish I could help. There's so much going on with this whole situation and PageHabit isn't being very professional or transparent about it. This is really gonna sink them, if they weren't already going under. 6y

abbsinwonderland @MallenNC They apologized extremely sarcastically to me (not even subbed) in an email and I just about lost it. A public statement (sincere would be ideal) is definitely needed I think. And that's a great way to look at it! More money for other books. 💜📚 6y

abbsinwonderland @MallenNC I don't even work in PR or customer service, but I think my reply was pretty darn good. Especially for how mad I was. I was/am flabbergasted by the whole situation 6y

MallenNC Me too. When I emailed them a week or so ago they told me sorry about no tracking, but didn't give any indication on when my box would arrive. Clearly they're out of their depth, but oh well. 6y
