GarthRanzz I actually like this one. It was one that got me back to reading King again after a slump. But to be honest, I couldn‘t tell you word one about the book. I don‘t remember much beyond a carnival scene. 7y

bibliobliss @GarthRanzz Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I think I gave up too soon but I made it about halfway. I didn‘t hate it, it just didn‘t hold my attention. It‘s not a huge book so I‘m sure I could give it another go at some point 😉 7y

Reggie What freaked me out was that the lightning “cures” doomed them to an afterlife existence with these ant gods who would‘ve be their slave drivers. 7y

Pet Sematary | Stephen King

• Day 16 of #KingAtoZ challenge: the letter “P” for Pet Sematary, the one and only Stephen King book my Mom has read, unfortunately the book that told her King was not for her. She says the memory of reading this book still gives her the creeps. I remember watching the movie when I was too young and it indeed frightened me for a while. Good book just doing its job, I say! •
