Little Women | Louisa May Alcott
post image

My first read of 2019 - 'Little Women' by Louisa May Alcott. I am totally in love with this book. Though this book was written in the 19th century, we still can take so much from this. Because generations change but values remain the same. #january2019 #latepost

RaimeyGallant Nice review! And welcome to Litsy! #LitsyWelcomeWagon Some of us put together Litsy tips to help new Littens navigate the site. It's the link in my bio on my page in case you need it. Or if you prefer how-to videos, @chelleo put some together at the link in her bio. @LitsyWelcomeWagon 6y
bibliophile0810 @RaimeyGallant thank you, Raimey! Will definitely refer to your tips and how-to videos to explore Litsy. 6y

Eight books read in January. I‘d say I‘m off to a pretty good start for this year. #readingrecap #january2019 #booknerd #readinggoals

I managed to read three books this month! That‘s one over my goal of two a month so I‘m really happy with this! I also finally got around to reading the tagged graphic novel and now I need more of it. #goodreads #readingchallenge #january2019

5 ⭐️s! I really enjoyed this book! I loved the protagonist and the setting and the author‘s idea of a bioengineered future. Reading it has made me want to read more science fiction. Would definitely recommend! #january2019 #canadareads #readthenorth

Bought this read at a book sale last summer. It‘s totally outside my comfort zone which is why it‘s taken me awhile to attempt it. But I‘m really enjoying it, even though it took me a bit to settle into her writing style. #january2019 #tookachanceon #canadareads

This came right to mind today as students are reviewing this & other Poe short stories for mid term exams.

Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Great choice! Did you by chance receive a small package in the mail from me? 😌 I‘m wondering if it may be lost... 6y

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I loved this book. It was so compelling and heart wrenching. It made Alaska come alive for me. I loved the characters, was angered and disturbed by the characters, and cried for the characters. Kristin Hannah is becoming one of my favourite authors! #january2019
