cathysaid Me too! Just read The Warden last week and am midway through Barchester Towers. I'm enjoying Trollope's dry wit and I suspect he's also a feminist...at least that's how I'm choosing to interpret some of his social commentary. Love this gorgeous set of books! Jealous 💚 7y

Crusader Castles | T. E. Lawrence

How's this for amazing castle info? T.E.Lawrence's photos and drawings accompany his thesis on the architectural influence of Crusader castles. Visiting Carcassonne was a #bucketlist trip for me. SO cool to see it all over in this #FolioSociety book.

Crusader Castles | T. E. Lawrence

I almost missed posting for #FolioFriday! This delightful castle book was part of my sale box last week. This is a thesis written by T.E.Lawrence on military architecture and the influence of Crusader castles. I know I won't understand most of it, but I am a castle FREAK. So I took a chance. And it paid off. This is packed with his photos and drawings. CASTLES!! Interiors to be posted next...
