Allegra Chase is a world weary vampire haunting the jazz clubs of 1920s Manhattan, until she meets gold eyed Griffin Durant. A werewolf is her natural enemy but they fall in love & face retribution from both sides.
pickI thought I'd use #fangsoutfriday to review Bite Me which I read last month. It's a fun little graphic novel about vampires and the French Revolution. It's definitely a little overly pleased with itself, which I think speaks to the author/artist's young age at the time of writing (in college)--so I give it a bit of a pass, who am I to rain on someone's parade? A good October #palettecleanser at the very least. 😊 #hallowreads

my collection of Sookie Stackhouse or “True Blood” novels. i was a big fan at first of the books and TV show but then things went south and kept going (in my opinion True Blood had the horriblest ending of any series ever)!! I‘ll still probably collect the two I don‘t have (even though I‘ll never read them) just because I‘m weird that way 😜 #hallowreads #fangsoutfriday
pickImmediately engaging, this look into a Boston suburban neighborhood is one of those books that quickly becomes impossible to put down! All of the characters feel authentic- heartbreakingly so at times! It mounts with horror, too, and while there are some #FangsOutFriday catty comments, it‘s a more subtle and realistic tension that builds!
