Normally I read the book first. I always believe that the book is better. However this novel I read after watching the new Hulu show and I loved doing it in this order. The book and show are so similar that it‘s almost word for word, yet the book adds in a few extra scenes and information the show was missing which I found fascinating.

I've been recovering from surgery this week and have actually felt too tired mostly to even read. In between naps I've finally started watching A Discovery of Witches, which has been on my watch list for ages! I haven't read the books, although @Kimberlone has read the first.
