Today is dreary and wet but my bulbs are blooming and buds are growing- we are set for a freeze this week so today i will spend as much of the day in coziness and comfort as possible- reading from a few books.
I love the format of this book. It's colourful, it's broken down into logical chapters and sub sections. It's easy to pick up and put down. It has an encyclopedia vibe about it. Most importantly, it's full of first hand experiences from women everywhere!
There's no denying Davina is good at rallying the troops, getting the motivation going and generally making us all feel better about the battle that is Menopausing.
Tonight‘s comfort food: 🥔Baked Potato Soup
I may have gotten a little excited with the fake bacon bits🤷🏻♀️
This cookbook is great for whole foods plant-based comfort recipes. I need to explore more recipes in this one to see if I like her other meals.

I've read this one with a pen in my hand. Extremely useful and insightful for women of all ages, but equally for men! Raising awareness about menopause symptoms and treatments helps women feel less lonely and misunderstood during this new stage, and regain their normal life.

Sherlock enjoyed last night‘s Hygge hour as much as I did. 🐶💙 I finished 2 books and started the third while cuddling under some blankets, tea in hand and enjoying great company.
