I started this series earlier today, and after reading two books, I immediately went to the library to nab the rest of the series. It's about a growing relationship between two male teens. One has a hearing impairment. As their friendship grows, so do romantic feelings. I'm such a sucker for the BL genre #fujoshi 🥰 With disability representation to boot, it's a definite win.

Really enjoyed this romance that I finished for Transgender Day of Visibility. It started a little slow, but by the end I couldn‘t help but really adore both Simone and Ray. I‘m totally looking forward to the 2nd book Chef‘s Choice that comes out in May. #transcharacter #nonbinarycharacter #queerreads

It‘s a quick read, but a powerful and moving one. All of that heart-wrenching and grief-striking is counterbalanced with humour and insight. I laughed out loud a lot, but maybe take my reaction with a grain of salt. After all, I have a pretty dark sense of humour, so maybe I responded with more mirth than most readers would...
