Soulless
Librariana For a steampunk novel, I'd suggest 7y
Leviathan
Jess7 Read this one for authors that use a pseudonym - it is written by JK Rowling but she wrote it as "Robert Galbraith". It's a suspenseful page turner and it's the first in a new series - so it would knock off two of the ones of your list at once (edited) 7y
The Cuckoo's Calling
Jess7 Mythical beast - maybe try this one. I haven't read it yet but I plan to 7y
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: The Original Screenplay

Gezemice Dragons and zombies are mythical beasts... I planned in The Kite Runner for K but swapped it out for The Walking Dead by Robert Kirkman. Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern served as mythical beast, but most fantasy books have them. I read Frankenstein for letters 7y
Gezemice Oh and after I read Silas Marner I realized that George Eliot is a pseudonym. 7y
