He rescues people from predicaments, gives them safety and others he takes flying around the universe with him. If he's not magical, then who is?

Librariana Hubby and I have just recently started watching the good doctor 😊 We're only on Series 2 (10th doctor), slowly making our way through all the episodes. 7y

Lizpixie @Laura317 @Cinfhen it's the Dr Who show bag from The Royal Easter Show in Sydney. I love the show, it's been on every Easter since 1823. It has rides and show bags plus animals and art & craft exhibitions, agricultural displays, food and wood chopping competitions, horse shows & fireworks. I can't find my book so I've donated it or loaned it . A great read with an interesting historical background, do yourself a favour and read it ASAP . If I had a #genieinabottle #augustgirrrl I would wish it was spring again and I found a bench to sit and read while flower 🌺 petals fell like snow . Wishing 🐉

#AugustGrrrl #genieinabottle I don't think I've read too many books with genies in them, except for this sequel to the Aladdin fairytale, which focuses on Aladdin's son. The genie and his son (Boomalakka Wee) both appear, but neither are particularly helpful!

One Thousand and One Nights: A Retelling | Hanan Al-Shaykh

Recently reviewed this excellent retelling of 19 tales from 1001 nights- appropriate for today's #genieinabottle challenge, but i thought the one genie in a lamp story was one of the weaker ones. There was a good one about two djinns who have a friendly competition to seduce a prince and princess. No lamp or bottle involved though. #augustgrrrl @Cinfhen
